What You Will Get

Learn the foundational alignment, and philosophy behind my in-depth transformational FeminEnergy® Program that’s inspired thousands of women to reconnect with their bodies, their deepest desires and has empowered them to live from the place of true radiance and joy.

This foundational course will help you to uncover where in your body and in your heart you might need to focus your attention in order to free yourself from restrictions and pain; and how to start the process of invigorating the pelvis which is the key to igniting our inner flame.

Both the FeminEnergy® Foundations and Fascial Release Bundle are part of my in-depth program which gives women lasting tools to free their bodies from the restrictions, pain, and the disconnect that often occurs after events like surgery, trauma, childbirth, and countless other ailments that can leave us with things like pelvic pain, leaky bladders, back and hip issues, lackluster sex lives…just to name a few.

If you start with one (or both) and decide to enroll in the full program, I will deduct the cost of the courses purchased from the total program investment. This is a great way to see how making small changes in your alignment and connecting with your body and mind can make profound changes in your healing journey.
